AvaniSHIELD is a series of new initiatives designed to keep our guests and team members safe. From our digital check-in and check-out, luggage disinfection and room key sterilisation, masks and routine health checks for all our team members, everything flows seamlessly and hygienically. We’re using cleaning and disinfection procedures that adhere with Diversey and EPA guidelines. You'll find spaced out seating in our restaurants, digital menus, advanced protective gear for our culinary teams and enhanced sanitation used throughout our restaurants and venues. An AvaniSHIELD agent at the hotel will be there to ensure all measures are met and assist with any queries regarding health and safety.
